Salary: $74,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead a team of SDRs to over-achieve pipeline generation targets.
- Manage SDRs in executing weekly campaigns, call-out days, and KPIs.
- Share best practices in outbound prospecting techniques.
- Partner with Sales Directors and Managers on territory development.
- Attract, hire, and develop world-class SDR talent.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales development team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a team lead or SDR manager.
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline targets.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, 6Sense, and sales dashboards (e.g., Tableau).
- Passion for coaching SDRs to higher performance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Understands the cybersecurity landscape.
