What you will do
- Develop and execute customer-focused account plans exceeding revenue targets through upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and new opportunities.
- Be a strategic partner, understanding customer challenges, connecting solutions to real-world outcomes, and engaging executives in impactful conversations.
- Lead and close complex enterprise deals with mastery, building alignment across C-level stakeholders, negotiating value-based agreements.
- Work with colleagues across Customer Success, Implementations, Billing, Deal Desk, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Drive net revenue retention by identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software sales, with a track record of success in growing existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Proven ability to design and execute account plans while engaging confidently with executives, technical experts, and operational teams.
- Skilled in building strong business cases and ROI stories that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, listening, and communication skills that foster value-driven, collaborative conversations.
- Familiarity with the CRM, CX, or ITSM space is a strong plus, though a willingness to learn and adapt is equally valued.
