What you will do

• Validate products against technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement validation procedures to evaluate the reliability of designs.
• Perform signal analysis and standardized compliance tests focusing on Power, Thermal, Timing, High Speed Digital Design, and Host/Target interfaces.
• Own the verification strategy and drive test execution across a portfolio of projects, including storage controllers, network cards, switch devices, and accelerators.
• Communicate product risks to cross-functional engineering teams and author detailed test reports.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline test execution and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience required.
• 5+ years of experience with hardware testing (e.g., test methodologies, planning, execution, and reporting) required.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, thermal chamber, and soldering tools.
• Ability to read board schematics and knowledge of PCB Viewer software tools.
• Familiarity with common bus protocols such as DDR4, PCIe, UART, I2C, and SPI.
• Experience using Python, Github, Windows, and Linux environments.
