Salary: $73,500 - $107,800

What you will do

• Manage incoming and outgoing international hardware shipments and facilitate Customs clearance.
• Oversee inventory of partner devices submitted for certification.
• Prepare devices for testing, including firmware updates and system setup.
• Execute Roon Ready certification protocols and conduct hands-on testing of partner devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve certification issues.
• Support product development and Customer Support teams with hardware-related issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 1+ years of experience in certification testing, systems integration, or QA, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Strong understanding of software and hardware testing methodologies.
• Firm grasp on networking and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work onsite in Richardson, TX (5 days a week).
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate Degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of audio engineering practices, DSP, audio interfaces, codecs, and protocols.
