What you will do

• Define product vision and strategy for hirify.global’s AI offerings, focusing on semantic caching, vector memory, and AI infrastructure capabilities.
• Translate market trends, customer requirements, and emerging AI technologies (LLMs, NLP) into detailed product requirements and development plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and evaluate technical trade-offs.
• Design experiments and evaluation pipelines, developing proof-of-concept applications, demos, and reference implementations (e.g., RAG workflows, LLM chatbots).
• Partner with enterprise customers to understand AI workloads and design scalable, reliable hirify.global-based architectures.
• Lead cross-functional product launches, ensuring alignment across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Information Science, or Business Administration plus 2 years experience.
• Experience using LLM/NLP architecture, including Transformer models (GPT-3.5/4/5, Codex, Gemini, Claude Sonnet, Mistral) and context window optimization.
• Experience in custom model development (HumanEval, MBPP benchmarks) and preprocessing (tokenization, deduplication, syntax validation).
• Experience working with model deployment/GPU Infrastructure, including Azure ML deployment pipelines and model quantization (FP16, INT8).
• Must be able to work remotely from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
