TL;DR

Customer Experience Representative, Concierge (Fintech): Providing exceptional support to high-value clients by resolving complex financial issues, educating them, and proactively engaging to address potential problems, with an accent on developing long-lasting relationships and improving products. Focus on navigating complex financial tools, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and sharing insights to enhance the customer experience.

Location: Hybrid, based in Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, or Westlake, TX. Requires 5 days per week in-office during the 10-week onboarding period, then 3 days every other week in-office.

Salary: $34 - $40 USD per hour

What you will do

  • Provide exceptional support to high-value clients, resolving complex issues with empathy and product expertise.
  • Conduct personalized, goal-oriented conversations to support customers' financial journeys.
  • Offer clear, compliant, and confident guidance on investment products and strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for complex financial tools including options, margin, crypto, and futures.
  • Consistently deliver high customer satisfaction and share customer insights internally.
  • Collaborate with peers to optimize outreach strategies and support workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience at a brokerage or in a licensed financial services environment.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 required.
  • Solid proficiency in multi-leg options strategies, margin trading, cryptocurrencies, and futures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex topics effectively.
  • Passion for customer advocacy, financial literacy, and building long-term relationships.
  • Experience with CRM tools and feedback systems (e.g., Salesforce, Slack).

Nice to have

  • FINRA Series 3 and Series 66 licenses (must be obtained within a certain timeframe if not held).
