- Ensure the CSA team delivers high-quality, consistent, and accurate output.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and enablement teams to address identified gaps.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in enablement, project management, customer success, or people management roles.
- Must be based in the United States.
- English: B2+ required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Gainsight or similar customer success software.
- Experience in the legal technology or financial technology sectors.
- Skilled in using tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Zendesk.
