Team Lead, Customer Success Associates: Leading and mentoring a team of early-career associates to enhance customer relationships by optimizing their experience with the Chirify.globalct Automation product. Focus on identifying and implementing process improvements, leveraging technology for workflow visibility, and ensuring high-quality, consistent, and accurate team output.

Location: Remote (United States only). Occasional travel is required for team offsites and in-person collaboration, typically twice per year.

Salary: $92,800–$139,200 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of early-career associates, providing actionable feedback for professional growth.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Employ tools and technology to enhance workflow visibility and streamline team operations.
  • Ensure the CSA team delivers high-quality, consistent, and accurate output.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and enablement teams to address identified gaps.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in enablement, project management, customer success, or people management roles.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • English: B2+ required.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Gainsight or similar customer success software.
  • Experience in the legal technology or financial technology sectors.
  • Skilled in using tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Zendesk.
