What you will do

• Support the development and improvement of internal applications for client engagements.
• Build and maintain AI pipelines for strategic insights and business solutions.
• Develop backend services and APIs to orchestrate data flows and integrate AI models.
• Design and implement frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript) and responsive UIs.
• Package, containerize, and deploy applications to cloud environments (Azure).
• Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, logging, and observability.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors, Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Python, with experience in web UIs (React) and backend services.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web application fundamentals.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and efficient querying.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub workflows and collaborative software development.
• Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript + React ecosystem and CSS frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure (App Services, Functions, AKS).
• Exposure to MLOps concepts, model serving, and Azure ML or SageMaker.
• Knowledge of security, data privacy best practices, and GDPR/ethical considerations for sensitive HR data.
• Experience with serverless architectures, microservices, or Kubernetes.
