Salary: $99,840.00–$183,040.00 per year

What you will do

• Conduct research, design, development, and optimization of software platforms for AI and machine learning models, including LLMs.
• Develop frameworks, tools, and infrastructure that support the entire AI lifecycle.
• Optimize the AI software stack, including data ingestion, model architectures, compilation, training, serving, and monitoring.
• Support the creation and deployment of AI applications and agentic workloads.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to advance the state-of-the-art in AI platforms and model architectures.
• Drive innovation in the field through publications, patents, or open-source activity.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or a related field, with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or software development.
• Strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, including deep learning, LLMs, and foundation models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or C++.
• Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Research and development experience in AI platforms, including design, implementation, and optimization of AI frameworks, tools, compilers, or infrastructure.
• Experience developing and optimizing the AI software stack (data ingestion, pre-processing, model training, serving, monitoring).
• Experience with design and development of cloud-based AI platforms leveraging cloud computing resources.
