What you will do

• Provide engagement execution support to the client and the team.
• Manage the various stages of the search process to ensure high-quality execution of client engagements.
• Lead the identification, qualification, and communication with candidates during the search engagement.
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information in the company’s systems.
• Identify potential business development opportunities and support the appropriate partner in its conversion.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to one or more industries.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) with the ability to make presentations at the executive levels of client companies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
• Self-confident, self-motivated, dynamic, and accomplished.
• Good judgment and superior interpersonal and evaluative skills.
• Must be a resident of New York, Colorado, California, Washington, Hawaii, District of Columbia, New Jersey, Maryland, Illinois, Massachusetts or Ohio
