Senior Media Buyer (Paid Social)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. Hybrid work with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote for the Vilnius office. Workspaces are also available in Klaipėda and Riga; arrangements outside Vilnius depend on the position.

Salary: €4,000–€6,000 gross per month.

What you will do

• Own Paid Social advertising strategy and execution across a portfolio of digital products.
• Manage, test, and optimize large-scale advertising budgets with high autonomy.
• Build and manage automation tools for campaign management and creative uploading.
• Identify new growth angles, opportunities, and untapped potential across Paid Social channels.
• Collaborate directly with founders and the Creative Team.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to guide testing and scaling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Meta media buying experience, ideally managing significant monthly ad spend.
• Experience with digital products and mobile applications.
• Fluency with third-party analytics and attribution tools such as GA4, Hyros, Northbeam, or similar.
• Fluent use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and independent workflow prioritization.
• Enthusiasm for Paid Social and continuous professional development.
