What you will do

• Lead and coach a dedicated sub-team within the Influencer Marketing function.
• Own and execute influencer strategy across selected markets or products.
• Manage relationships with creators, agencies, and key partners.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data and ROI.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive growth.
• Introduce structure to processes, reporting, and performance management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing (gaming, tech, apps, or digital-first industries preferred).
• Proven experience managing people and driving performance.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable growth through influencer campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
