What you will do

• Play a key role in shaping and executing creative strategy for paid acquisition across Meta and emerging channels.
• Develop hypothesis-driven creative concepts based on performance data, audience research, and competitive analysis.
• Write clear, conversion-oriented briefs for video and static ads.
• Analyze creative performance data to extract actionable insights for growth strategy and identify patterns in winning creatives.
• Research and deconstruct high-performing creatives from DTC physical brands and leading digital products.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Design team to optimize iteration speed and production quality.
• Study audience behavior, turn insights into messaging, and monitor trends within the Health & Wellness category.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, successfully scaling creative production, launching new formats, and improving efficiency.
• Possess a deep understanding of creative production management principles.
• Confident in your knowledge of Facebook operations.
• English skills at B2+ level.
• Are an AI adaptor and actively use it to enhance your performance.
