Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

TL;DR

Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager (Marketing): Driving hirify.global’s growth via the partner network, building relationships with existing partners, and identifying and pitching the right value proposition. Focus on funnel improvements to optimize conversion rates and maximize performance.

Location: Vilnius/Kaunas with the possibility of up to two remote days per week and Work From Almost Anywhere policy.

Salary: 3600-4300 Eur/month + bonuses.

What you will do

• Build relationships with existing partners.
• Identify and pitch the right value proposition for each partner.
• Identify and implement funnel improvements to optimize conversion rates (CR%) and maximize performance.
• Share your insights to improve the existing process.
• Collaborate with the team to scale what works and drop what doesn’t.

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and technologies.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful affiliate partnerships.
• Knowledge of digital marketing: CRO, SEO, landing pages, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
