Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California, requiring 3 days per week in the office. Candidates must be based in the US, excluding Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Salary: $200,600 – $236,000 (Region 1, US)

What you will do

• Support development of the company’s long-term and multi-year strategy.
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities and strategic bets.
• Conduct market, competitive, and industry analysis.
• Lead strategic thinking on Oura’s evolving business model and monetization strategy.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, and Product to assess unit economics and investment tradeoffs.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders and the executive team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business strategy, or management consulting.
• Experience in technology, consumer tech, SaaS, or hardware-enabled services.
• Strong understanding of business models, pricing, monetization, and commercial strategy.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional work.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Background in top-tier strategy consulting and/or in-house strategy at a high-growth tech company.
• Exposure to subscription or consumer-facing business models.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
