Location: Must be based in the Netherlands. Legally authorized to work in the European Union. Hybrid friendly, with a central Amsterdam location.

What you will do

  • Focus 100% on net new client acquisition by contacting potential clients and presenting products/services.
  • Qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities from incoming inquiries and assigned leads.
  • Achieve quarterly/bi-annual sales targets in line with regional new business booking fee targets.
  • Run exceptional product demonstrations for potential clients with a masterful explanation of hirify.global’s products.
  • Organize in-person meetings with decision-makers from larger prospect organizations and attend external exhibitions/tradeshows.
  • Act as the primary client point of contact for new client onboarding, working closely with various internal teams.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the European Union.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands.
  • Very strong written and verbal English skills (C1).
  • Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish is required.
  • Proven experience (preferably 2+ years) in a 'prospecting' sales role within a SaaS or similar business.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in selling to small/medium and large organizations.
  • Experience with CRM software and preferred experience with conceptual selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Miller Heiman).
