What you will do
- Be the trusted expert for car sellers, delivering a seamless post-auction experience.
- Lead negotiations between sellers and dealers to ensure fair deals.
- Collaborate with your team to hit targets, boost conversions, and maintain high quality standards.
- Align sellers and dealers by working with Account Management teams.
- Contribute to shaping the future by testing new features and providing feedback.
Requirements
- Must have a proven track record of hitting targets in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
- Strong negotiation skills (phone and email) required.
- Genuine passion for helping people and building solid rapport.
- Ability to work to a high standard in a collaborative team setting.
