TL;DR

Sales Completion Specialist: Guiding car sellers through the post-auction process and negotiating deals between sellers and dealers with an accent on seamless customer experience and hitting targets. Focus on building rapport, problem-solving, and collaborating with account management teams to ensure alignment.

Location: Brighton, UK with flexibility to work from home 1 day per week.

Salary: £25,500 starting plus commission (£36,500 OTE).

What you will do

  • Be the trusted expert for car sellers, delivering a seamless post-auction experience.
  • Lead negotiations between sellers and dealers to ensure fair deals.
  • Collaborate with your team to hit targets, boost conversions, and maintain high quality standards.
  • Align sellers and dealers by working with Account Management teams.
  • Contribute to shaping the future by testing new features and providing feedback.

Requirements

  • Must have a proven track record of hitting targets in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills (phone and email) required.
  • Genuine passion for helping people and building solid rapport.
  • Ability to work to a high standard in a collaborative team setting.
