Salary: $140,000 - $170,000/yr

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a sales team, setting performance expectations and driving professional development.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within designated territories.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new customer acquisition and account expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and utilize CRM systems for sales operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) on sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or business operations.
  • 2+ years of experience managing HCM Account Executives.
  • Experience with major account payroll, HR, time and attendance solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment and travel.
  • Must be based in the United States.
