Salary: $200-300K OTE plus equity.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team while also carrying an individual quota.
- Drive the outbound sales strategy, shaping coverage models, ICP targeting, segmentation, and outreach playbooks to support high-velocity growth.
- Ensure excellence in pipeline management, outbound sales strategy, ICP targeting, and forecasting accuracy.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Develop lasting relationships with key client stakeholders across their organizations.
- Work with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to address client needs and ensure effective solution delivery.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales or similar experience.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Proven track record of organizational leadership and directly managing a high performing team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing a book of business within a complex sales cycle.
- Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with sales engagement tools.
