TL;DR

Team Manager (Pod Lead): Leading and developing a sales team focused on driving outbound sales strategies, shaping coverage models, and targeting ICPs. Focus on pipeline management, ensuring sales excellence, and achieving revenue targets within a fast-paced startup environment.

Location: This is an in-office role at our beautiful offices in Soho, NYC.

Salary: $200-300K OTE plus equity.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team while also carrying an individual quota.
  • Drive the outbound sales strategy, shaping coverage models, ICP targeting, segmentation, and outreach playbooks to support high-velocity growth.
  • Ensure excellence in pipeline management, outbound sales strategy, ICP targeting, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop lasting relationships with key client stakeholders across their organizations.
  • Work with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to address client needs and ensure effective solution delivery.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales or similar experience.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record of organizational leadership and directly managing a high performing team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing a book of business within a complex sales cycle.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with sales engagement tools.
