Location: Hybrid in Budapest, Hungary or Athens, Greece

What you will do

• Independently draft, review, and negotiate various client-facing and supplier contracts.
• Lead and support end-to-end contract negotiations, identifying legal and commercial risks.
• Act as the primary legal point of contact, providing clear and practical legal guidance to stakeholders.
• Support the sales process for hirify.global’s technology products, ensuring legal and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to improving contract templates, playbooks, and internal negotiation guidelines.
• Ensure accurate contract lifecycle management and monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law or Bachelor’s degree with extensive commercial contract negotiation experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a contract-focused role within a corporate environment.
• Proven experience independently negotiating and closing complex commercial contracts (Master Service Agreements) in technology, SaaS, or data-driven businesses.
• Ability to independently manage standard and moderately complex negotiations with limited supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, commercially minded approach.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of IT, technology, or data-related concepts.
• Experience supporting a global, multi-jurisdictional organization across multiple time zones.
• Exposure to public procurement or governmental contracting processes.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and ticketing tools, such as Ironclad and Jira.
