Account Executive, Velocity (AI): Uncover new business opportunities and convert qualified leads for solo practitioners and small law firms seeking legal practice management systems, with an accent on building lasting partnerships and managing the full sales cycle. Focus on conducting discovery calls, product demonstrations, and adapting sales strategy to industry trends while leveraging AI for efficiency.

Location: Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local hirify.globalns in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney to be in office minimum twice per week.

Salary: $60,800–$91,400 CAD

What you will do

  • Uncover new business opportunities and build lasting partnerships with Law Firms in your assigned territory.
  • Convert qualified opportunities using phone, email, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage all sales activities in Salesforce and accurately forecast monthly sales pipeline.
  • Take ownership of your territory and manage the sales cycle for all inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Collaborate with qualifying teams and cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to recommend suitable product solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including closing deals.
  • Minimum of 1 year of SaaS, full-cycle sales experience preferred.
  • Track record of success developing and managing both inbound and outbound pipelines.
  • Experience preparing and leading product demonstrations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate.
  • Self-motivated, creative, organized, and process-oriented.

Nice to have

  • Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, SalesNav or similar.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
