Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in our Nashville office)

Salary: $8,000–$10,400 per month (contract)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end sourcing-to-offer workflows for core sales roles.
• Develop role-specific Total Addressable Markets (TAMs) for Sales profiles and present insights.
• Execute hiring sprints, including events, candidate communications, and offer coordination.
• Source candidates efficiently using LinkedIn Recruiter/Gem and build diverse pipelines.
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and leverage Modern Loop for scheduling.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Report weekly pipeline health metrics and proactively escalate risks.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, with hands-on experience in GTM (SDR/AE) roles.
• Proven ability to build TAMs and convert them into prioritized outreach plans.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and Modern Loop for applicant tracking and scheduling.
• Possess a structured, metrics-driven approach to recruitment.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Nashville, working hybrid (4 days a week onsite).
