What you will do
- Analyze experience performance using internal tools to isolate problems and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering to drive enhancements to performance management tools.
- Define success criteria for cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across teams.
- Deliver on feature group roadmaps, track project schedules, and manage staging and implementation.
- Report progress against goals and represent the team to organizational leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- 1+ year of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Must be based in the U.S. and commute to a designated Microsoft office at least four days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in online services performance analysis.
- 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- 1+ year of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
- Demonstrated ability to think about customer and business problems and work through ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communications and strong analytical skills.
