Salary: USD $100,600 – $199,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze experience performance using internal tools to isolate problems and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering to drive enhancements to performance management tools.
• Define success criteria for cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across teams.
• Deliver on feature group roadmaps, track project schedules, and manage staging and implementation.
• Report progress against goals and represent the team to organizational leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 1+ year of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Must be based in the U.S. and commute to a designated Microsoft office at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in online services performance analysis.
• 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• 1+ year of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
• Demonstrated ability to think about customer and business problems and work through ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communications and strong analytical skills.
