What you will do

- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume, high-bar environment.
- Demonstrated success in building pipelines and developing top-of-funnel strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby.
- Ability to understand and use metrics to inform hiring tactics and strategies.
- Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco, Denver, or New York.
