What you will do

• Manage a strategic portfolio of developer-facing capabilities, including programmatic interfaces (APIs/SDKs) and ecosystem integrations.
• Define and ensure the standards and quality of how external tools interact with hirify.global.
• Partner with external technology partners and open-source communities to drive seamless integration and developer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering to define technical strategy regarding architecture, protocol standards, and lifecycle management.
• Decompose complex problem spaces into actionable, multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Analyze data to measure portfolio health and optimize the backlog.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of shipping developer-facing tools, APIs, or technical infrastructure products.
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities or product portfolios.
• Technical proficiency in API design (REST/SQL), Infrastructure-as-Code patterns, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of platform ecosystem integration with broader toolchains (e.g., BI tools, Orchestrators, CI/CD systems).
• Strong execution skills to navigate dependencies and ensure consistent delivery.
• Clear and consistent communication skills to keep stakeholders updated and influence engineering decisions.

Nice to have

• Technical degree (CS or Engineering) or equivalent software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or Terraform.
