Location: Hybrid work model in Vienna, Austria. Occasional international travel may be required.

What you will do

  • Drive sales growth and profitability for products and services within Austria.
  • Secure hirify.global as the preferred partner by promoting the complete product and service portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both partner and end customers.
  • Develop and manage a balanced sales pipeline and strategic plans for key projects.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate with sales teams to close opportunities.
  • Present hirify.global's capabilities to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales account management in an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Data Centre industry.
  • Knowledge of Cooling, UPS, AC power, Switch Gear, or Batteries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales, negotiations, and customer relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to execute strategic plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
