Salary: Starting salary for this role is expected to range from $300,000 to $350,000 on an annualized basis. We expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role.

What you will do
- Lead all aspects of hirify.global’s investor relations strategy and execution, including shaping a clear, differentiated long-term equity narrative.
- Prepare and guide senior leadership for earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows, and shareholder engagement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and CFO on long-term business model optimization and strategic priorities.
- Identify, evaluate, and lead end-to-end high-impact corporate development transactions, including acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments.
- Partner cross-functionally to assess the value-creation potential of new initiatives, support integration planning, and ensure accountability for post-transaction value realization.
- Collaborate with the CFO and executive team on capital allocation strategy and provide analytical support for long-term financial targets.
Requirements
- 12 to 15+ years of experience across Investor Relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate strategy, private equity, or corporate development.
- Direct experience leading a senior role in Investor Relations at a publicly traded company.
- Strong understanding of consumer internet, digital advertising, marketplace, or platform business models.
- Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Executive presence and ability to engage credibly with sophisticated public market investors.
- English: B2 required for communication in a public-company environment.
