Salary: $312,000–$375,000 USD annual base salary in California.

What you will do

  • Lead the execution of global acquisitions and investments by defining business needs and engaging prospects.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Tax, People) to drive due diligence and seamless post-deal integration.
  • Develop unique perspectives on key categories within the crypto ecosystem and communicate their strategic implications to leadership.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the global community of blockchain entrepreneurs and investors to source new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to forge alliances that promote hirify.global’s core product and service offerings.
  • Develop internal processes and artifacts for the corporate development function, including data-driven backtesting of acquisition performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance.
  • Proven track record of strategic outbound networking; ability to identify, "cold-start," and nurture a robust external network to drive proprietary deal flow.
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex deals simultaneously through all phases.
  • Background in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Mastery of financial modeling, including three-statement analysis, valuation, and market data models.
  • Sophisticated understanding of both blockchain technology and traditional financial services.
