Location: Hybrid work in Dallas, Texas, requiring at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office as of October 1, 2025.

What you will do
- Provide strategic direction for all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting related to Private Markets business units.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Build trusted advisory relationships with business unit leaders, portfolio managers, and corporate executives to drive financial discipline.
- Oversee the design and enhancement of sophisticated financial models for long-range planning and profitability assessments.
- Direct the preparation and delivery of comprehensive financial performance reports for executive management and stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance FP&A processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in private markets finance, fund accounting, or operations, including real estate, private credit, private equity, or other alternative asset classes.
- Deep understanding of private markets, alternative investments, and the financial services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams in a dynamic, global environment.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with expertise in Oracle, Hyperion, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- MBA, CFA, or CPA strongly preferred.
