Finance Manager

TL;DR

What you will do

• Partner with Global Technology and Professional Services teams to drive actionable insights on financial results.
• Track, monitor, and report on key KPIs for Global Technology and Professional Services Organizations.
• Own the budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes for these organizations.
• Serve as the Financial Business Partner to all key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements in processes within the Global Technology and Professional Services teams.
• Support in data and content creation for internal and external presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 4-6 years of FP&A business partnering experience or FP&A experience.
• Ability to work in a global environment with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments, process good judgment, and prioritize projects.
• Excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Financial systems (Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite).

Nice to have

• FP&A business partnering experience across Research & Development, Professional Services, or within a Technology organization.
