Location: Remote (US-based) with regular travel to LATAM countries (25-50%)

Salary: $170,000–$210,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Listen to prospects' needs and goals to understand their requirements.
  • Design, build, and deliver custom presentations and demonstrations of the hirify.global platform.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic prospects to facilitate platform evaluation and selection.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and internal partners to smoothly progress evaluations.
  • Work with enterprise architecture and business value engineers to build supporting cases.
  • Bring actionable technical insights back to the Product Team to evolve the core product.

Requirements

  • Based in the US with ability to travel 25-50% to LATAM countries.
  • 5+ years of Enterprise Solution Engineering experience.
  • Native or professional-level fluency (written and spoken) in English and Portuguese is required.
  • Technically proficient with an appetite for learning technical configuration.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to empathize with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and independently drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
