TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (in-office Mon, Tue, Thu; remote Wed, Fri options).

Salary: £104,000–£118,400

What you will do

  • Develop and own senior-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in collaborative work management.
  • Partner with customers to identify strategic goals and co-create Success Plans with clear metrics.
  • Execute all phases of the customer journey, from deployment strategies to business reviews and roadmap consultations.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop strategic account plans, manage renewals, and explore expansion opportunities.
  • Analyse customer usage to drive targeted campaigns for enhanced engagement and product adoption.
  • Serve as the voice of customers, surfacing key trends and insights to R&D and business teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in a SaaS-based Customer Success or Account Management role.
  • Proven track record managing large, complex enterprise accounts and technology implementations.
  • Ability to run C-Suite level business reviews and craft compelling value narratives.
  • Experience managing a book of high-value customer relationships and aligning within complex organizational structures.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience partnering with Account Executives.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with a bias for action in ambiguous environments.
