What you will do
- Develop and own senior-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in collaborative work management.
- Partner with customers to identify strategic goals and co-create Success Plans with clear metrics.
- Execute all phases of the customer journey, from deployment strategies to business reviews and roadmap consultations.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop strategic account plans, manage renewals, and explore expansion opportunities.
- Analyse customer usage to drive targeted campaigns for enhanced engagement and product adoption.
- Serve as the voice of customers, surfacing key trends and insights to R&D and business teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in a SaaS-based Customer Success or Account Management role.
- Proven track record managing large, complex enterprise accounts and technology implementations.
- Ability to run C-Suite level business reviews and craft compelling value narratives.
- Experience managing a book of high-value customer relationships and aligning within complex organizational structures.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience partnering with Account Executives.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with a bias for action in ambiguous environments.
