What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of 25–35 large enterprise accounts with a high-touch, strategic approach.
  • Build and execute tailored customer success plans aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead key customer engagements including executive business reviews, roadmap alignment, and technical enablement.
  • Drive platform adoption through multithreaded stakeholder engagement and position hirify.global as a strategic partner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Services, and Development teams to represent the customer voice.
  • Support growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and monitor customer health to mitigate churn risks.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in the United Kingdom
  • 3–5 years experience in Customer Success or SaaS Account Management managing large, complex accounts.
  • Proven success in leading executive business reviews and strategic planning engagements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English with strong commercial acumen and tech-savvy mindset.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ChurnZero, Asana, and AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
