What you will do
- Own the paid acquisition strategy across channels, including Paid Social, Search, and Display.
- Translate quarterly and annual registration targets into channel-level investment plans and define budget allocation.
- Partner with Analytics to evaluate incrementally and demonstrate the business impact of UA investment to senior stakeholders.
- Establish structured test-and-learn roadmaps across channels and maintain strong relationships with platform partners.
- Collaborate closely with Growth Creative, Product, Analytics, and Finance teams.
- Lead and develop performance marketing team members, setting clear ownership and raising commercial thinking.
Requirements
- 7–10 years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
- Proven experience managing and scaling multi-million-dollar paid media budgets.
- Strong commercial acumen and comfort making investment trade-offs.
- Experience partnering with analytics teams on incrementally or causal measurement.
- Advanced Excel required.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing performance marketing teams.
