What you will do

  • Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other search platforms.
  • Actively allocate and optimize budgets to maximize efficiency and revenue impact.
  • Execute ongoing keyword, bidding, creative, and landing page optimizations.
  • Design and run structured experiments to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
  • Monitor performance daily, identifying risks and opportunities, and build dashboards and reports.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing operations, analytics, sales, and leadership to align investments and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on paid search experience with proven results around CPA and ROAS targets.
  • Experience managing seven-figure annual search budgets with a strong efficiency and performance orientation.
  • Deep, platform-level expertise in Google Ads, including keyword strategy, bidding, creative testing, and automation.
  • A track record operating as a hands-on individual contributor, directly managing campaigns, budgets, and optimizations.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to diagnose performance issues and identify opportunities.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards, performance reports, and ROI narratives.

Nice to have

  • Experience working at a media agency, executing search campaigns.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, vertical SaaS, or multi-location business models.
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling, incrementality testing, or advanced experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing new ad tech, leveraging AI tools and automation.
  • Experience with Looker and HockeyStack or similar platforms.
