Location: Hybrid in Ipswich, Suffolk, UK (3 days office / 2 days remote). The role will involve some travel to Glasgow.

Salary: £125,000–£130,000 per annum + package

What you will do

• Create an effective delivery organisation and operating model, defining roles and capabilities.
• Own the prioritisation, sequencing, and capacity planning processes for investments.
• Establish governance and stage gates, guiding the investment decision-making framework.
• Select, define, and continually improve delivery frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
• Ensure best practice across planning, estimating, risk, and dependency management.
• Create trust and strong relationships with executive stakeholders, translating roadmaps into delivery plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Head of Delivery role or similar, leading technical delivery programmes.
• Experience leading large-scale technical programmes.
• Experience establishing and embedding organisational designs and processes in complex environments.
• Experience establishing Agile processes and working in product-driven environments.
• Demonstrable success in growing and developing teams and individuals.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
