What you will do

• Own day-to-day management of client engagements from initiation to close.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary hirify.global teams across geographies and solution areas.
• Track engagement financials, including budgets, forecasts, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of hirify.global solutions and maintain strong client relationships.
• Matrix-manage consultants and other contributors, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Experience managing or supporting delivery of complex consulting engagements or programmes.
• Proven ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of project and programme management disciplines.
• Experience within professional services, consulting, or complex client environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• English: C1+ required
