TL;DR

Sales Development Associate (Dutch): Generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads for hirify.global's sustainability ratings solutions with an accent on high-level discovery conversations with Senior Executives. Focus on developing targeted strategies and leveraging social networks to drive opportunities and pipeline growth.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, with a remote work from abroad policy.

What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities and fuel revenue for hirify.global.
  • Conduct high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives (Directors of Sustainability or Procurement).
  • Schedule qualification meetings for Account Executives.
  • Share the importance of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for global supply chains.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging.
  • Record and document all activities and communications in Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales, and/or Marketing.
  • Cold-calling experience.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Dutch is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting with good time management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in Sustainability, ESG, CSR, or B2B Procurement.
  • Familiarity or experience with MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Zoominfo, or similar Sales technology.
