What you will do

• Contribute to the UI platform and act as a technical partner to product owners.
• Evolve the technical stack and development tools through architectural improvements and shared components.
• Collaborate with product teams and business stakeholders to shape features and build high-impact UI solutions.
• Develop across the full-stack, including web frontend, backend integration, API design, performance, and observability.
• Ensure code quality, mentor junior engineers, and improve development lifecycles.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional front-end engineering experience.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development toolkits.
• Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, event-driven architectures, and enterprise JavaScript frameworks (Redux, Zustand, RxJS, D3, AgGrid, Highcharts).
• Experience with relational (Postgres, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Expertise with low-latency, distributed caches like Redis or Memcached.
• Proficiency in writing unit and E2E tests using frameworks like RTL, Mocha, Jest, Cypress, Playwright.
• Track record of developing data-intensive, scalable applications with strong usability and performance.
• Thoughtful approach to problem-solving and ability to break down complex issues.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal tools for trading, analytics, or compliance in Finance or Fintech.
• Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2), Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing high-throughput, event-driven data pipelines (Apache Kafka, Apache Spark).
• Experience implementing or maintaining design systems or micro-frontend architectures.
• Proficiency in backend languages like Go, Python, Java, Rust.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts.
