What you will do

• Own the developer documentation platform end-to-end, including architecture, UX, and roadmap.
• Design and deliver interactive documentation experiences such as code samples, API explorers, and tutorials.
• Develop and enhance the Developer Relations Portal using engineering best practices and modern frontend technologies.
• Manage documentation infrastructure, including site generation, CI/CD, search, and analytics.
• Produce high-impact technical content, including written guides and video walkthroughs.
• Establish documentation processes, style guidelines, and contribution workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in documentation, developer experience, or developer education for technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to organize complex technical content and manage information architecture.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience creating both written technical documentation and video/screencast content.
• Must be based within 70 miles of specified office locations in the USA.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, PERM).

Nice to have

• Docs-as-code experience (modifying site generators, CI workflows, and tooling).
• Familiarity with OpenAPI specifications and interactive API documentation.
• Proficiency with Web Components, Polymer, or Lit.
• Experience with frontend build systems like webpack or rollup.
• Knowledge of OAuth2/OpenID Connect and API design patterns.
