Business Development Representative (Fintech): Managing a territory of mid-sized nonprofit organizations to generate qualified meetings and a true sales pipeline for Account Executives with an accent on building a specific hypothesis for how Fundraise Up can support them in their mission. Focus on identifying fundraising challenges and aligning Fundraise Up solutions to support their goals and cycles.

Location: Remote USA (based in CST, EST time zones)

Salary: $92,000 - $100,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Hit monthly targets for booked meetings and Sales Qualified Opportunities.
  • Develop hypotheses for each account to understand their fundraising challenges and goals.
  • Craft personalized messaging for various personas, from Executive Directors to Marketing Managers.
  • Build consensus across organizations by engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Partner with Account Executives to map territories and coordinate multi-channel outreach.
  • Drive registrations for webinars and events, ensuring effective follow-up to turn interest into pipeline.
