TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (Crypto): Building and leading the crypto business line, creating world-class solutions for stablecoin operations with an accent on defining strategy and roadmap for payment rails and treasury solutions. Focus on owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, leading cross-functional squads, and acting as an SME on digital assets.
Location: Work permit in Argentina, Uruguay, Spain, or Brazil is a hard requirement. Montevideo (Hybrid).

What you will do
- Define strategy and roadmap for crypto/stablecoin payment rails (USDC, USDT, on/off-ramp flows) and Treasury solutions.
- Build the crypto business line to drive stablecoin volume for merchants.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: research, design, roadmap, delivery, and optimization.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Compliance, Sales, external partners) without formal authority.
- Write technical specifications and API integration documentation.
- Act as an internal and external Subject Matter Expert on digital assets.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product management, owning the full lifecycle end-to-end.
- Fintech background: payments, stablecoins, crypto exchanges, or remittances.
- Technical fluency with REST APIs and technical documentation.
- Autonomous by default and a bias for action to push projects forward.
- Cross-functional ownership, bringing structure to multi-team initiatives.
- IC mindset, comfortable and motivated as an IC with leadership potential.
- Work permit in Argentina, Uruguay, Spain, or Brazil is a hard requirement.
