What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Use effective, value-led sales approaches to win new business and achieve performance targets.
- Develop strong knowledge of products and solutions, supported by training.
- Share insights from the field to help improve products, messaging, and sales processes.
- Build long-term customer relationships by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role, ideally field-based.
- Confidence in building relationships and engaging new customers.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, particularly in a field-based environment.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced business.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset and a desire to learn and develop.
- Fluency in English
- A full UK driving licence
