What you will do
- Onboard new customers and guide them through initial setup
- Run training sessions and product walkthroughs for HR teams
- Support customers during performance and review cycles
- Monitor usage data and proactively address adoption gaps
- Handle inbound product and workflow questions
- Collaborate with Product to share structured customer feedback
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in Customer Success, HR, or SaaS support roles
- Strong communication skills and confidence leading customer calls
- Interest in HR processes (performance reviews, engagement surveys, org design)
- Comfortable working with data and dashboards
- Structured and proactive approach to customer management
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience from HR Tech, People Ops, or SaaS environments
