What you will do

• Own and drive long- and short-term agendas for the Core Technologies Analytics Data team, from strategies to daily planning.
• Develop the team, its responsibilities, ways of working, and network to ensure employees reach their full potential.
• Stay updated on AI training datasets and models, evaluating, integrating, and developing them for Axis' needs.
• Evolve datasets, models, and training pipelines, collaborating closely with IT to manage the GPU cluster for AI model training.
• Guarantee compliance with applicable laws, regulations, ethics, and standards in tight collaboration with Legal and Contract Management.
• Provide expertise and guidance to fellow analytics teams, Axis Products and Solutions, Legal, Marketing, and Axis management.
