TL;DR

Talent Growth Lead: Supporting the assessment and development of key talent populations and owning TSquared Talent Development Programmes with an accent on designing, implementing, and measuring high-potential leader development initiatives. Focus on developing critical talent, leading coaching support, and driving career development plans for non-Executive colleagues.

Location: Hybrid working in Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh, or Halifax, UK.

Salary: £78,098 – £91,880

What you will do

  • Co-own and manage TSquared Talent Development Programmes, including design, implementation, and impact measurement.
  • Engage business areas to identify talent development needs and design aligned talent programs.
  • Provide individual coaching support to high-potential talent within specific business areas.
  • Lead the identification and rollout of Talent Marketplace technology to build capability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, partnering to understand future workforce needs and deliver talent solutions.
  • Track and support the progress of colleagues identified for accelerated career development.

Requirements

  • Skilled and experienced talent management professional with a deep developmental focus.
  • Knowledge and experience in talent development, including strong pedagogical skills for program design.
  • Expertise in content creation or working with SMEs to design and deliver content.
  • Proficiency in individual leadership coaching, including psychometric assessment experience.
  • Credibility and influencing ability to engage at senior levels.
  • Strong talent data expertise to analyze, interpret, and translate data for business insights.
