What you will do
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to R&D leadership, providing guidance on organizational needs.
- Design and implement organizational structures, workforce plans, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Lead and embed robust performance management processes and provide leadership coaching to technical leaders.
- Leverage people analytics to identify trends and enhance retention, engagement, and team effectiveness.
- Drive complex change initiatives including restructuring and cultural evolution, and ensure compliance with global employment law.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a People Partner supporting R&D or technical functions in fast-paced, high-growth, or scaling environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational change, performance management, and leadership coaching.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and data-driven mindset with the ability to influence leadership decisions.
- Working knowledge of global employment law and regulatory considerations.
- Credible and influential relationship builder capable of building trust at all levels, including senior technical leadership.
- Experience operating effectively within global, matrixed organisations, driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
