Location: Hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the London office, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to R&D leadership, providing guidance on organizational needs.
• Design and implement organizational structures, workforce plans, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Lead and embed robust performance management processes and provide leadership coaching to technical leaders.
• Leverage people analytics to identify trends and enhance retention, engagement, and team effectiveness.
• Drive complex change initiatives including restructuring and cultural evolution, and ensure compliance with global employment law.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a People Partner supporting R&D or technical functions in fast-paced, high-growth, or scaling environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational change, performance management, and leadership coaching.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and data-driven mindset with the ability to influence leadership decisions.
• Working knowledge of global employment law and regulatory considerations.
• Credible and influential relationship builder capable of building trust at all levels, including senior technical leadership.
• Experience operating effectively within global, matrixed organisations, driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
