What you will do

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of complex, mass-produced UxV systems to customers.
• Define the product strategy and roadmap for UxV equipment, ensuring a centralized product vision aligns with program and customer constraints.
• Manage the complete business plan for the UxV Equipement portfolio, aligning resources and investments with strategic goals.
• Oversee client relations, contract compliance, and act as a senior point of contact for strategic customer relationship management.
• Apply deep technical knowledge of optronic/radio equipment to guide technical decisions and manage program risks.
• Directly manage and lead a team of program and product managers.

Requirements

• Significant experience (5+ years) as a Program Manager within the defense sector, leading product development in cutting-edge tech environments.
• Proven track record managing complex deliveries and mass-production with direct client interface and contractual responsibilities.
• Strong background in radar, electronic warfare, optronics, and radio equipment.
• Mandatory expertise in the field of drones for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) and Strike.
• Expertise in defining product strategy, managing the full product roadmap, and developing/managing the business plan.
• Experience with B2B avionics and drone clients, with strong knowledge of defense acquisition processes.
