Location: Hybrid, based in Saint-Denis, France

hirify.global is looking for a Product Owner to join their HR&CRMS team, responsible for managing the employee data life cycle across various systems.

What you will do

  • Define the strategy and vision for the product from a business perspective.
  • Translate the product vision into concrete services and tools, setting their prioritization in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Work in a collaborative and agile way inside the product and with business teams.
  • Define the roadmap and objectives of the product, measuring performance and achievement.
  • Write user stories, monitor task progress, and ensure the team has necessary elements to respect product commitments on time, quality, and budget.

Requirements

  • BSc degree (ideally from Engineering or Business field).
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager.
  • Experience with roadmap vision and planning.
  • Experience managing the product backlog and prioritizing.
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
  • Ability to work across teams and locations.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of JIRA tool.
  • Knowledge on HR Domain.
  • Knowledge of analytic tools / KPI monitoring.
  • Experience integrating AI into processes and tools to unleash productivity.
