What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy and development process for a designated Battery Management Systems category.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, application, and operations teams.
• Engage directly with customers to understand market needs and support design-in activities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new BMS products.
• Guide product positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation within the electrification ecosystem.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing or product management, preferably within semiconductors or embedded systems.
• Strong technical background in electrical systems and semiconductor product definition.
• Experience with battery management systems is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated people leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work with fast-paced and dynamic markets, taking risks and navigating ambiguity.
